About This Program

The Career Passport program is designed to bring early Career Jewish Professionals to Israel for a one month professional development opportunity.
The program consists of a core component of remote work, enhanced by weekly site visits, workshops, a Shabbat retreat and additional content elements designed with two purposes: to deepen the participant's knowledge of and connection to Israel and their Jewishness and to further their ability to successfully integrate such content into their professional work.
In addition, by spending the month with a cohort of other early Career Jewish Professionals, participants will build a robust professional network.

Important Information

If the program is canceled due to safety and security conditions in Israel, participants will be able to receive a full refund of their program fee.

You MUST be available to participate for the full duration of the program.

Admission is rolling.

Program Cost

There is no program fee for this program and a flight to and from gateway cities in North America is provided without extra charge.

The program includes housing in Tel Aviv (likely a single bedroom in a shared apartment or hotel), access to a co-working space, weekly tours and seminars in Israel, educational programming, Shabbat programming, basic medical insurance, and ground transportation within Tel Aviv.

Participants will be required to submit a $400 participation & security deposit. Deposits will be refunded at the end of the program based on good standing.

The actual cost of the Career Passport program is significantly more expensive than the program fee to be paid by the participant. The program subsidy is made possible by generous supporters of Birthright Israel Onward.
