About This Program
Onward Advance is an 11-day professional credential fellowship in Tel Aviv designed for working Jewish professionals ages 22–35.
Take part in an intensive, skill-focused course, learn from experts, connect with Israeli professionals and Jewish peers from around the world, and earn a credential that demonstrates what you’ve learned - all while experiencing life in Israel.

Eligibility Criteria
- Jewish young adults ages 22–35
- Currently employed professionals
- Proficient in English
Your experience includes
Over 11 days, you’ll combine approximately 50 hours of professional learning with networking, social experiences, Shabbat, and opportunities to explore Israel.

- Professional development through an intensive, practical course
- A career-ready credential demonstrating your newly acquired skills
- Networking opportunities with professionals and peers in Israel
- 11 days in Tel Aviv alongside a community of Jewish young adults
- Israel experiences beyond the classroom, including social and educational programming
