About This Program

Immerse yourself in contemporary Israeli society as you intern four to five days a week alongside Israeli peers and take part in a unique experiential fellowship designed to foster personal and professional growth, forge a global network and enjoy making sense of the world together with TAMID peers from around the globe.

Fellows receive hands-on experience within Israel’s dynamic startup ecosystem, attend speaking events and participate in workshops led by Israeli business leaders and entrepreneurs in myriad fields.

Fellows have the opportunity to participate in multiple trips throughout Israel, including an immersive weekend seminar, exploring some of the lesser-known places, meeting interesting people, initiatives and organizations. The program structure provides many unscheduled nights and weekends throughout the summer for Fellows to explore Israel in personally meaningful ways. In addition, Fellows engage in diversely-represented conversations to address TAMID-related challenges back on campus and share best practices between chapters to help build their broader TAMID network.

This Birthright Israel Onward- Masa program is operated through the philanthropic support of leading North American Foundations through the Birthright Israel Foundation, the Government of Israel , the Jewish Agency, along with TAMID. It is organized by Israel & Global Travel (IGT).
